How It Works
Join the Event
Scan the main event QR code at the entrance (or enter the event code). You may be asked to sign in and complete your profile so your progress and prizes are tied to you.
Get Your Bingo Card
You'll receive a personalized bingo card with different vendor booths to visit.
Visit Booths & Scan
Walk around the venue and scan QR codes at each booth to stamp your card. Scanning is only available while the event is live.
Complete Boards
Your first scan earns 1 entry. Completing boards earns additional entries: 2 for Board 1, 4 for Board 2, 6 for Board 3, and 8 for each board after that.
Earn Entries & Offers
Entries are awarded automatically as you scan and complete boards. Scanning a vendor’s booth also unlocks their special offer—find them on the Vendors page under the Offers tab.

Don't just aim for lines—completed boards earn the biggest entry bonuses.
Check Event Times
Some events have time-limited drawings or reward windows. Pay attention to announcements!

Q:How do I scan a booth QR code?
Tap the “Scan” button in the navigation bar, point your camera at the booth QR code, and it will stamp your card. Scanning only works while the event is live.
Q:How do prize entries work?
Your first booth scan earns 1 entry. Completing Board 1 earns 2 additional entries, Board 2 earns 4, Board 3 earns 6, and Board 4 or later earns 8 additional entries per completed board. Entries are awarded automatically.
Q:What are Vendor Offers?
When you scan a booth, that vendor’s special offer unlocks. View all your unlocked offers on the Vendors page under the Offers tab.
Q:Can I play at multiple events?
Yes! Each event has its own bingo card and entries. Just enter a new event code or scan a new event QR code to join additional events.
Q:What happens if I scan the same booth twice?
You’ll only get credit once per booth (based on the event’s scan rules). If you scan again, the app will confirm your previous visit.
Q:Do I need to create an account?
Yes. You’ll be asked to sign in to join an event and play. You may also need to complete a quick profile (like your name, phone, and ZIP) so entries and prizes can be verified.
Q:What if my event is multiple days?
Some events reset boards daily. If the organizer enabled multi-day mode, you’ll see the correct day’s board when you open your card, and you may be able to scan the same booth again on a new day.
Q:How will I know if I win a prize?
If you’re selected in a drawing, your Prizes page will show your redemption code. You may also be prompted to enable winner notifications for faster alerts (optional).
Q:What if my camera won't scan the QR code?
Make sure you've granted camera permission, the QR code is well-lit, and your camera is focused. If issues persist, you can ask a booth staff member to manually verify your visit.
Q:How do I redeem a prize I've claimed?
If you win a prize, you’ll see a redemption code on your Prizes page. Show that code to event staff or the vendor, and they can mark it as redeemed.
