1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Booth Bingo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Acceptance of these Terms is required when signing up on the Booth Bingo attendee app and when purchasing an event license on our website (boothbingo.com).

2. Description of Service

Booth Bingo is an interactive event engagement platform that allows attendees to participate in bingo-style activities at trade shows, conferences, and other events. The Service includes scanning vendor booths, completing bingo cards, earning prize entries, and viewing/claiming rewards.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Age requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Cheat, manipulate, or game the system unfairly
• Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages
• Interfere with other users' experience
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

5. Data Collection & Privacy

Reservation—sharing and sale of information. Booth Bingo expressly reserves the right, in its sole discretion and subject to applicable law, to share, disclose, license, commercialize, sell, or otherwise make available user information—including personal information collected through the Service—with or to event vendors, exhibitors, event organizers, and Booth Bingo partners (including service providers, sponsors, affiliates, and other commercial partners). This may occur in addition to, or independently of, any opt-in you provide when interacting with a specific vendor or feature, and may include data that identifies you or, where we elect, aggregated or de-identified data. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acknowledgment of this reservation.

When you scan vendor booths, you may be asked qualifying questions. Your contact information (name, email, phone, ZIP) is shared with vendors only when you explicitly opt in via the qualifying questions. If you do not opt in, vendors receive your scan activity but not your contact details.

If you opt in to share your contact information with a vendor, you consent to receive communications from that vendor (including but not limited to emails, phone calls, and texts). If you are under 18, your parent/guardian must consent.

Instant rewards (booth-level prizes): Vendors receive only the prize details and redemption code—no contact information is shared. Prize winners(secondary and grand prizes): Sponsor vendors receive winner contact information so they can fulfill prizes.

Event organizers have access to aggregate engagement data. You may unsubscribe from giveaway-related emails via links in those emails. You may request account deletion in the app. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Prizes & Rewards

Prizes and rewards are provided by event organizers and sponsors. Booth Bingo does not guarantee availability, value, or fulfillment of any prizes. Prize claims are subject to verification and may have additional terms set by the prize provider.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Booth Bingo and are protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately for violation of these Terms or for any conduct we deem harmful to other users or the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Booth Bingo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
